Mark Hall, a former Royal Marines Commando, served with various security companies in the Middle East and East Africa. His experiences in risk management and mitigation within high-risk areas led him to transfer these skills to organisations in the UK.

Mark further developed his expertise, earning a NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma. He is now a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety Health, Fellow Member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management and Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers.

Drawing from his background supporting schools, retail, housing groups and construction companies, Mark founded HallMark Compliance with the goal of sharing his experiences to ensure compliance.
